- Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled. No other refund requests can be accepted. - Entry & Validity:
Your ticket grants entry for the entire night and provides priority entry if you arrive before midnight. Arrivals after midnight will join the general admission queue. - Queue Times:
No refunds will be provided due to waiting times in the queue. - Right to Refuse Entry:
Management reserves the right to refuse entry at their discretion. Please arrive responsibly and treat staff and other guests with respect. - Age & ID Requirements:
This event is strictly 18+. Valid ID is required for all guests, regardless of age. Only driver’s licences and passports are accepted. You may also be asked to show a student ID
