The Arch Refurbishments- Getting Ready for June 21st

After over a year of cancelled Tuesday nights, The Arch, the home to our beloved CU Next Tuesday are back and better than ever with their new refurbished venue. Despite the lack of government support and complete cancellation of all club nights, The Arch has used this time to seriously upgrade their location.

The Arch, one of the clubs along the seafront, is the home to Brighton's biggest midweek institution, CU Next Tuesday. A night full of mischief and madness. Every Tuesday, every week, for over 10 years. CU Next Tuesday has been the biggest midweek clubbing event in the calendar. It is a staple. The already amazing venue has had an upgrade and is adding two new rooms to their selection. This means that The Arch is perfect for nights out for any music taste! With the addition of two new rooms, Hangar and Box, The Arch is great is you are a fan of Drum & Bass, Hip Hop, Pop and House. As part of this renovation, they have added Funktion One sound systems in every room, 21 inch bass speakers, new LED light displays, renovated bathrooms, new screens and all over design upgrades. The Arch cannot wait to welcome crowds back in on the 21st June.

The Arch has been supplying nights out as an underground music venue since 2015. Being home of C U Next Tuesday, The Arch is known by students all over Brighton as a must go for club goers. CU Next Tuesdays are well known for supplying inflatables, free pizza and doughnuts, cheap drinks, amazing music and a great atmosphere, this night out is getting better than ever. With £3 entry, £3.50 doubles all night long and great music, this is the perfect night out for the student budget. The student holy grail for Tuesday nights out is CU Next Tuesday at The Arch and we cannot wait to welcome you back! We asked what kind of music you were wanting, and you answered! In the first CU Next Tuesday comeback all will be revealed.

With their Main Room being home of Hip Hop, Grime and Party remixes, it is the perfect place to dance with your mates, grab a drink from the bar and start off your night in the perfect way. However, if you are fancying a bit of a switch up, their Terrace Room features Drum & Bass and Baseline music. Being hosted by The Alley, known for promoting up and coming talent, this is a great place to go to if you are fancying something a bit different and to see how The Arch is pushing the boundaries of the underground music scene. Finally, their new third room is coming soon, ensuring that you have the perfect night out with an incredibly diverse selection of music, and three different dance floors to move around. After a year of staying in, CU Next Tuesday has officially got bigger and better!

We are sure you can all remember the events of a Tuesday night out from 2019. You have just finished a long day of lectures, you have been preeing since 5pm. You have a 9am seminar the next morning so you promise that you will only drink a few, by the time you leave it is 3am and you are hopeful that you will make the seminar. Wednesday morning rolls around and you drag yourself to your seminar after a long night out of partying. Despite this, theres no way you could ever say no to a CU Next Tuesday night out the following week. Brighton, it's officially time to forget Wednesday mornings.

With a full announcement coming soon with more information on what to expect from this upgrade, get excited because Tuesday 22nd June is coming up quick and we could not be more excited!

With all of this in mind, make sure to get your hands on a ticket for the big C*NT Comeback at CU Next Tuesday on the 22nd of July!
